Whether you’re an experienced solo traveler or it’s your first time out of the country, travelling can very easily present challenges. In the moment you may be panicking, but the highs and lows of adventuring are sometimes what can make it most memorable. However, it’s important to be well prepared in case of emergency. I’ve laid out my best tips for travelling abroad as a UCSB student, an American, and as a solo female traveler.
